Downscaled RCS block and linear thruster

I figured this was the most effective place to put this - how the hell do I get the rescalefactor to work on the linear RCS thruster and RCS quad? I want to make tiny low-power versions for tiny low-power probes. I managed to shrink the oxidizer tank just fine, but whenever I try with the RCS items, they remain the same size.

Is it not possible to shrink engines and the like? Just a simple half-size half-power would've done it but apparently that's too much to ask of these .cfgs.

Make sure the part.cfg reads

scale = 1

rescaleFactor = (your size here)

Make sure rescaleFactor has capital F.

Every single part can be shrunk down, if its not working you are making a small typo most likely.
