Would there happen to be any mods that allow you to make your own planets? That would be really cool, you choose how big the planet is and it does the rest, making its gravity and atmosphere, Based on how big the planet... is.... (you can also choose how it looks and if it is a gas giant or, err, solid... planet...) (fail)

There's Hyperedit, which allows you to move the already existing planets, but I don't think there is any mod that allows you to create planets.

I'm quite certain there isn't one. And to the best of my knowledge it's either impossible, or too difficult for anyone but the devs to bother with it.
