kSP in Full Windowed (Help!)

So I found a page giving information on how to pull this off, for duel monitor setups. http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/showthread.php/20894-KSP-in-full-screen-windowed-mode!-quick-n-simple-(windows-only)

I would have posted on that topic, but for some reason it isn't showing my reply. So either the forum was closed, or something else was going on... So trying a new topic :)

Sorry for the rather obvious question, but I seem to be missing something here. The basic short cut that is setup by Steam doesn't show a "Target" so it cannot be altered. So I tried to go into the KSP folder, created a short cut for KSP.exe and under Shortcut Target if I Try and add -popupwindow without spaces (C:\ksp_win\ksp.exe-popupwindow) or with as you show above (C:\ksp_win\ksp.exe - popupwindow) I get a Problem with Shortcut error, basically telling me that the Target is not valid and to make sure the path and file name are correct.

Any help on this would be amazing, I've been trying to find way to play Full Windowed for a bit now.

Everyones first three posts need to be moderator approved, it's an anti-spam system.

Unless you've set up symlinks or similar then your KSP is very unlikely to be installed in C:\KSP_Win as steam is rather inflexible and requires everything to be installed inside the steam install folder.

IIRC there's a 'launch options' button or similar on the game's property page in the steam client, using the -popupwindow argument is probably your best bet.
