EXE file upload question

So, I'm designing a game as a hobby, and the program that I use can only export the game as an EXE file. So, where can I upload an exe file, such that the uploading process:

• Is free, and
  
• Creates a permanent file...
  
• ... that is easy to find.

If you designing code for a game, you can look at gitHub or bitbucket. I work for a software house and we use bitbucket to store all our code. Not to sure if this is what you are asking or not. I know bitbucket has no fee and also allows repositories of any size within reason. Hope this helps in some way.

Mediafire only has short term storage for the free plan.

Also, I'm not uploading any code, what will be uploaded will only consist of a single .exe file.
