(Some pics are from the Z-2 test article, so there are some minor differences.)

Download the Aeos Z-3 .craft file.

Required mods: Firespitter, Hooligan Labs Airship, NovaPunch.

The craft seats four kerbals, and can be controlled remotely when unmanned. Top sustained speed is about 92m/sec. Buoyancy ceiling is 9200m, but at maximum speed the stub wings generate enough lift to reach 11000m. The craft can cruise at half the top speed on about one quarter of full throttle, for greatly increased range. Even at full throttle, the craft has enough range to cross Booster Bay to the east of KSC, or Reentry Deep to the west.

NOTE: You must manually reverse the rear-facing props via right-click menus before take-off. I used the forward-facing props all around because they can be toggled into reverse for braking or backing the craft up. The props designed for facing aft do not feature a reverse-mode.

Action Group 1 toggles all the engines on/off.

Action Group 2 toggles all the props into reverse and back to normal.

You may want to right click the tail-rotor to increase it's power, to improve your turning rate. Activating the Avionics Package (SAS mode) during all but the most extreme maneuvers is recommended.
