I can't upload pictures to my account

Sorry - I do not readily see a place or method to appropriately route my problem to. I have conformed to all photo restrictions, but I am still getting an error. I am trying to upload pictures of my crafts to my account. Getting the red exclamation point every time.

The admins disabled attachment upload to save server space. Click on settings, and then click on "edit avatar" on the left sidemenu.

I have an avatar in there, it doesn't show anywhere else though. Sorry to hijack thread.

Need to make my own page and link to it from my acct here - I have been looking for a reason to boot up Frontpage 200o for awhile anyway I like the old HTML pages - lost art!!
