Duna RCS Hovercraft!!

Hello. So, Jeb is getting lazy recently. in his dunar base, he now wants to fly on a small (no command pods, only clinging on a ladder) vessel powered by RCS. So, you can build him one!

rules:

no manned command modules used in the vehicle

must use RCS or Jet (air) engines to fly

Must be stock (mechjeb is ok)

Must be able to hover and maneuver.

Must be refuelable and able to land.

Must have a light used to explore at night.

Must have solar panels

Must not be able to glide (so no gliders, no planes)

IMPORTANT: MUST BE ABLE TO FLY ON DUNA AND MUST HAVE A SCREENSHOT OF THE VESSEL HOVERING ON DUNA!!!!!!(cuz jeb is on duna, dummy) ALSO MUST GIVE .CRAFT FILE

Jet on Duna? I thought only Kerbin and Laythe had oxigen...

Please read the rules before you post a challenge. Also, Atanar, Laythe, Jool, Duna, Eve and Kerbin are the only planets with an atmosphere, oxygen is irrelevant

You can't use jet engines in Duna... It has no oxygen.

It does say RCS *OR* jet engines. You don't have to use the jet engines

You can use Jet Engines in Duna...

May have been the case before 0.18, but not anymore. Laythe or Kerbin, that's it. I think they'll make noise and use fuel on Eve and probably Duna, but they won't provide thrust.

The landing was terrible, but the hovercraft worker as expected!

I forgot to put docking ports on it, so im not able to refuel it...
