Help building a launcher?

I've built a battleship style thing, but I can't build a launcher for it that works well, mainly due to that bug where symmetry in the VAB fails (I think that's because I built the ship in the SPH).

Would anyone be willing to give it a shot? (Wanting to keep it stock too)

Wow, you sir have done an excellent job here, sadly im running a slow laptop, it starts to lag to about 5fps around 200-250 parts, i would love to help you. But im afraid I can't, you should be proud of your creation though. Very very neat
