(A-Tech Request) Minimus orbit - ground - orbit refuel vessel

I am looking for a minimus orbit to ground and back fuel transfer vessel. This ship must be able to carry a moderate amount of fuel for base depositing, while still maintaining the ability to re-orbit minimus and dock at an orbital refuelling station. This ship must be compatible with the A-Tech C1, able to dock with it on surface.

Thanks in advance, looking forward to at least one user friendly submission to establish as my colony fuel workhorse.
