Little help on the PS3 Controller sensitivity

Ok Let me bring it dowwn in a simple way of saying it...

I recently connected my PS3 controller on the pc for KSP because I wanted the pitch to be more controllable.

I did a few tweaks and that to try and set it out but it does not seem to work.

Can someone help me to make the Pitch (and yaw and roll) more controllable? [like white owl when he uses the Pilot Stick].
