ANT lander and HOME garage

I read that some people use a docking ring rather than a decoupler as it allows you to re-dock the lander. Anyone have tips on how to do that? Once I undock the lander, it's too short to dock again. I've tried mounting the docking ring lower, but I've been unsuccessful.

When I put the docking ring on the floor, the lander cannot drive over it. :-)

why would you need to dock it again? just put it back in the recon unit and click "close garage" if you want to keep it inside.

How are you even still getting the ANT to work? I tried it in .20 and the entrance no longer counted as an entrance. I couldn't get in or out of the thing at al

did yout try using the IJKL keys instead of the WASD keys?

DEMVs use the IJKL keys now. for no reason at all.
