I know there was a Minecraft thread, but I could not find it, even after searching. So I decided to create a new topic here.

What I've been doing:

I am running a small server, with me and the user here "Pluto100". Cooly may also join, and I may let some other people in- but this is not going to go public, or go past 5 users.

So, while Pluto is away, I've been editing the server, and discovering how easy mods are easy to install. Plus, i've built a few things. Enough text, onword!

Portal mod, and what is this place?

I present to you my WIP underground base. I used the "Minions" mod to dig out the hole, but needed to place the walls. I had a 2 entire large chests filled with cobblestone, so might as well use it.

This is what it looked like on the first segment, you can see my minions at work :3

I was testing flans mod, and got going fast, so I used optifine to up the render distance to max- BAD IDEA. the world disappeared, and the server overloaded. Had to taskmanager close the server, and kill myself before it would run smoothly again. It then corrupted flans mod, everytime I tried to get a plane, it would say (after using NEI) "ID x" is not valid.

So, end of that mod.

HOW TO JOIN:

You only need forge to go in MC jar, so if you don't want any mods, for whatever purpose, just remove them from the mods folder, no need to backup jar mostly.

MODS REQUIRED:

IC2 Adv machine mod

IC2

Buildcraft

MC 1.5.2 OR 1.5.1. I forget.

Jammy furniture

Portal gun

Ichunutil, used with portal gun

ALSO

In the cfg of adv machines for IC2, you will need to change Adv machine block ID to 2000 instead of whatever it is set up, or MINECRAFT WILL CRASH

I don't play minecraft much anymore, so I normally talk about what I did in the past.

My base in my Vanilla world.

It's villager area.

Now for more recent stuff.

When me and Pluto100 played a world, I decided we would need a awesome area to live, so I walked/boated to find this area.

You have no idea the torture it was to find this dang area, it was about 50000 blocks away from spawn.

About 35000 of that being ocean.

Torturous.

1: I use hamachi because it failed when I port forwarded. Just get hamachi.

2: Network information can be obtained via PM.

I have a max limit currently of 5 players. That means I can invite 2 more people.

I don't know how it involves anything above, but this is a Minecraft thread. It's not done and still slightly ugly.

Perhaps you could upload the modpack somewhere and have people use the "add pack" feature of Technic launcher to install it.
