I'm looking for a specific part from an unknown mod

I know this won't be obvious, but maybe someone knows.

I saw a youtube video with a feature on the cockpit of the B9 Aerospace kit, but the docking ship it was attached to had a little extra: The 4 RCS thrusters were extended, by about a meter, through a context menu, allowing for better control.

Now i am looking for that extending part for something else, and maybe apply it in the way i've seen it in the video.

I think you might have pointed me in the right direction, i'll take a look tomorrow but it does seem familiar.

(now to find something i can extend some lights with once i'm landed...)
