Debris on the planet question

ok its been a about a week and i been having fun with this game.

from the rockets that fail to the stuff i push back to the planet, debris seems to be stacking up on the planet, like anywhere 2.5km to 10km out from the launch pad there a lot of debris

so my question is there any way to make it go away ?

In settings from the main menu, you can set persistent maximum debris to 0. Default value is 250, I think its a slider.

thank you, seems i set it to 1000 without knowing what it does

You can go into the settings and reduce the debris count slider to zero which should clear all the debris

Edit: Damn, thats what happens if you leave a tab up for too long.
