When making recruitment pitches like this, it's always best to sell yourself. Tell the people you want to join just how useful you are. Tell them what your strengths are, what you bring to the table. Then tell them what you want to accomplish.

Otherwise, it just looks like all the other people who just say: "I'm the idea guy. The rest of you do the work."

Also, it doesn't inspire confidence when your team leader can't even type out full words like "please," or "you're."

I think that's exactly what he is but needs someone to do the mod for him. I have my own team and yes I am mainly an idea guy but I have friends that do most of the work for me as well as teaching me how to do it my self.

SO unless he is a code writer he is just an idea guy.

Maybe you can, you know, learn how to do these things yourself? There are many helpful tutorials and people in the addon section. You do not need a team to make addons. Right now you come off as an "ideas guy" who wants other people to do the work while you sit around and do nothing.

Scott, I recall some time ago before the forum wipe we managed to get you to the point of installing blender and unity and then you sort of gave up, now you are back with a new thread

(what happened to Rizzo tech??) and you are using Povray you say?

Wrong direction mate, get blender again and unity and we will start again ok?

The kids making blender tutorials on youtube are younger than you, im sure you can get the hang of it if you really commit yourself. No one will join up if they can't see you making a decent contribution.
