So everything is gone,how do i start over

How do i install mods now,IF they'll even work with .20 ... Seems how i lost 280+hours and ALL OF MY FLIGHTS.and everything is changed with mods.Do i download, and install them just like before?or is there a new way to download them.

the only mod I know that has problems in .20 so far is KAS, but that has a fix in the forums already.
