Launch stability enhancers appearing in flight.

Anyone else getting killed by launch stability enahncers? My ship(s) start shedding these intermittently about 1 minute into flight? It like they materialize in position as if I were still on the launch pad. They are quickly left behind but not after doing damage if they strike anything. Ive been trying to snap a screen shot but I am not of ninja like reflexes. By the time I hit esc, they are too far away to visually ID.... but they are plain as day when they first appear.

Are you using one of Romfaror's mods such as Lazor or Robotic arms? They're known to tinker with launch clamp behaviour.
