How can I sort parts in the VAB with the new file structure in 0.20?

As the title says, how can I rearrange the order of the parts in the VAB? I know how to do it in 0.19, but renaming the part folders doesn't work anymore, at least not in the legacy part folder.

I was surprised that with the new structure they didnt sort the parts better. The parts just seem to be all over the place in their categories.
