Someone know why on KSP appear those random pixel on "e"?

That image is png. I would guess it has to do with the game adding "wave" effects on the flag.

Has someone encoutered the same problem?

It looks like KSP is taking the .PNG file and turning it into whatever KSP uses, likely with DXT3 compression. Those pixels you see there are compression artefacts. I'm not sure if you can do anything about that sadly

Its do to shading effects. If you open it up in paint and zoom in you can see it as well.
