This is my progress so far in the latest patch!

Haven't been able to do too much yet, but it's something at least ^^

The first thing I did, was to land with a Kerbal on the Mun.

Mission was successful! Just look at how happy Bill is

Then what I did, was to launch a little rover for Bill to drive along in.

It was quite hard to land near enough for it to be reasonable to walk with Bill to the landed rover.

After a few tries, this mission too was successful!

About 300 meters away from the landing spot, some debris survived.

I decided exploring this would be Bill's first mission, so he got his butt on the rover and drove over there.

As it looked quite cool, imo, I decided to include a picture of that too

Look closely and you can see the lander on the right side of the picture.

So, what do you guys think I should do next?

Start building a little base on the Mun and try to get some more Kerbals over there so he doesn't have to be so lonely.

Or should I start heading for Minmus? Or a space-station maybe?

Send a lander that uses a probe or a 1 man capsule as the "root" part of the ship, and then put a three man capsule underneath(that way the three man capsule will be empty, so you can rescue stranded kerbals). If you use a nuke engine on it, landing next to your previous landung site is easier, because you can set your orbit so it passes low above the landing site(maybe 5km), and then just burn retrograde to kill all your speed so you can drop down right on top of it. With the nuke, you have enough delta v with 1 360l tank to make that burn, and then regain orbit with extra dV remaining. (This assumes apollo style mission with a landing module and separate command module in orbit)
