And it has C7 RCS as little 'jump jets' to help move over rough terrain.

If you look closely, you can see some jets pointing straight down on my rover. Having them fire constantly on Kerbin is the only way to counter the gravity just enough to not destroy itself on the terrain.

Edit: Turns out, this thing isn\'t very good on the Mun at all, the RCS tanks come flying apart on the landing for some reason.
