I cannot get this thing to orbit, Can someone help me?

I have loads of fuel, i am currently 600 meters away and moving at about 3 m/s (really slow because it is my first time, going fast is not the best thing as my craft is heavy and hard to maneuver without rcs (i do not want to waste it now so i can have room for small mistakes when docking) For a short period of time i may as well close every panels on the part that is now in the air so i can have extra space for errors

I would suggest you do not need to use any mods to get into orbit... you need more fuel on the lower stages. Here is a video of a rocket that can easily make it to orbit, and then some:

Just substitute the command module, the stage below it, and the lander above it for your payload...
