Gravity turn. Do you need to do it?

A gravity turn is almost always necessary. Unless you want a very fuel inefficient rocket, i'd suggest gravity turning would be an excellent idea.

Going to Jool, using Orion NPP:

1- Wait until Jool is a few degrees from the launchpad.

2- BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM

3- ????

4- PROFIT!
