NVIDIA 630 GT vs 440 GT

I have MSI NVIDIA MSI 630 GT 4 GB i bought it half year ago i replaced my 1GB Gigabyte 440 gt, now i think i made wrong choice today i have black screen several time i played KSP,

Several minutes ago i run my BF3 i hoped to fly figter and shot down some enemies fighters but no the black screen and i was forced to restart.

4 gb looks much , do you have 64 bit system?

Well, 630 is pretty much the same as 440. This sounds like a driver problem, or possibly cooling-related.
