How to update Mod. Multiwheels to .20 format?

I don't wanna do it the old way since that adds clutter. I did a clean install and installed some mods with the updated format so it's nice and neat but I like the Modular multiwheels mod but it hasn't been updated. I was wondering if it's something simple to do or if I just have to wait until it's updated?
