Geosynchronous orbit?

2868km and an orbital period of 6 hours (kerban days are only 6 hours long vs 24 hours here on earth). (geostationary along the equator is the same, but the speed will be zero relative to the ground, while orbital speed will be 1009m/s). Just focus on getting the altitude and orbital period correct. (mechjeb is very helpful with this)

I believe the orbital period is what matters the most here - you can also use this measurement for various other types of orbits (ie - Molnya orbits), you simply need to divide the orbital period by 4 compared to real life ones :)
