Wobble control?

Is there a variable in a .cfg that controls the wobble between the parts? Or if not, are there ways to lower it? (no, I don't mean struts)

There's breakingForce and breakingTorque that everyone seems to know about. There may also be a way to set the dampening and spring constants from the cfgs or definitely via plugin(I'm working on one such now).

I thought the default joints were FixedJoints so didn't specify spring values (although you can of course replace them).
