Adding profile picture????

I am trying to figure out how to add a picture to my profile, but just can't seem to figure out how to do that. Can someone help me out here? Thanks!

At the top, click on "Forum Actions." Then, click on "Edit Profile." Then, on the left, click on "Edit Profile Picture", and then choose your picture from the computer, and save it. To add the avatar, just click on "Edit Avatar" right below it.
