Center of lfit vs center of mass

Hey i am trying to handle the Center´s

For now i tried it with this Rocket

When i delete all the rockets outside, the center of lift goes on the ground. Thats ok.

When i put the rockets back and try to raise or lower them the Center of Lift stay still on the ground. So nothing happen?

So how can i set the Center of lift closer the the Center of mass?

You would need to put more winglets or raise the winglets up to move the center of lift, but I don't thing you would need to on that rocket. The center of lift isn't as important on rockets as it is on planes. As long as the center of lift is below the center of mass, the craft should be stable.

The Problem is that this Rocket isnt stable and i try to find out what is the problem. And ich need realy much help with this... i am trying this now for 2 days.. and i want just to finish this..
