Day 1

Ohai there fellow KSPers.

I just bought KSP yesterday during the Steam sale. I have only a modicum of understanding thus far.

My accomplishments so far have been building a 4 stage rocket, getting into a nearly circular equatorial orbit with said rocket at approx 350Km altitude, completing one orbit and retrograde burn and parachute splashdown.

So, I'm super stoked, and hello everyone!

Jeez that's an incredible first day... On my first KSP day I sat in the corner of the space center sucking my thumb and playing hide & seek with Jebediah.

So far you are ahead of my first day. In my first 3 hours of playing, I stranded three whole Kerbals in orbit around Kerbin and sent many more top their doom :< Of course, that was after almost two hours of figuring out how to get anything into orbit.

Welcome to Kerbin! And, more importantly, WELCOME TO THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. You will never stop playing this game except to (sometimes) eat and (even more rarely) sleep. You might take an extended rest after you discover a 100% reusable interplanetary vehicle. Util then, good luck to you, my friend.
