Kebal Launch System Block 0 - The Beginning

Kebal Launch System Block 0

This is the beginning of the series "Kerbal Launch System", based on the Space Launch System by NASA and (this one) the Saturn I B. Its an Orbiter for the Atlas II Space Ship (for Atlas I, see The Neptun Programm). The first stage is with a diameter of 3.75m quite big and is powered by 8 LVT 45 engines and, not quite easy to see it, 1 "Skipper"-Engine. The upper stage is again a 3.75m-stage and powered only by 1 "Skipper". Above of this stage there's the Atlas II Spaceship.

Looks cool. I see some Mulbin influence in this.

Well, in fact I saw Mulbins Jool 1 B before this was buildet, and I had the feeling that I have to build a rocket that looks even more than a Saturn 1 B. When I was building a Saturn V, Mulbin was unfortunally a bit faster than me..

well, it's normal to have similar rockets looking the same in the end :) you could say it looks like my Saturn 1-B too :) (but it's ok :P i see key differences between the two :P)

nevertheless, the Saturn's 1B are really useful for people who want to improve their Saturn V's :) it's much easier to devellop the S-IVB fairing and CSM using a saturn-1B than directly atop a saturn V :P (much less parts on liftoff :P)

will you devellop a Block II EDS too ? (the one with it's 3 J2-X engines :P)
