At least I got it before it was taken down.Edit: Found the mod and the patch using the power of Google. However, I am afraid if I give the links for them, they will be removed by the mods, so if you really want it, you have to find it yourself. People always have to take the legalities of everything and run like madmen with them. Quit the stupidity and let people get subassembly loader and edtools working again, game is a pain in the ass without these simple tools and honestly should have been integrated long ago.
