Building MODS, how?

Hey buddies

I'm a pretty good modeler, and I can code well, so I thought I'd try creating something structural for the game.

I'd like to learn how to interact with the user interface as well as create something.

Where do I start? I notice a lot of people making things but where did you get the specs?

Any and all help would be really great.

No, the part tools are up to date. Getting the game to load a DAE file is the old methods of doing things and is now depeciated.
