Need a bit of assistance.

So I have now finally managed to launch my refueling module into orbit to go along and dock with the main hub, trick here is, they're at opposite ends of the planet. BUT they are traveling along near identical orbits.

What do I do?

Go at an orbit lower than your target so that you'll catch up with it, and that you'll have a rendezvous window available at some point.

Depends. If you take one of them to a lower orbit, it'll orbit faster and catch up to the other. Or you can take one to a higher orbit. It'll go slower, and the other will catch up to it. When they get close enough you can synch the orbits and start using more direct methods.
