Putting things in cargo bays (B9)

So i just got the b9 mod and i was playing around with the awesome new parts earlier, but i was wondering is someone could help me. i cant seem to put things inside the bay... i dont think its a problem with my installation (tho i had a few of those) i expect its just me being stupid.

Do you mean when building things, or during flight? When building a rocket, you can't just put something in cargo-bay. Everything has to be attached to your rocket. What you can do is attach a docking port inside the bay, attach another one facing it, and then attach your cargo to the second docking port. That way, you can undock your cargo in flight.
