Customizable time-warp/acceleration

Is it possible, or is there perhaps already a mod for, customizable time-warping?

For example, in some circumstances I may want to adjust time warp to 35x, or 200x, or 0.5x.

I searched, and found a lost-mod called dynamic warp - but it doesn't sound like that would have done all of what I'm seeking.

I really dislike the current 1,5,10,50,100... timewarps. I would much prefer to set them to 1,3,10,30,100,300,1000... to keep the relative rates between warps more even. I don't know if that's easy to change in some .cfg somewhere or what, but I would love to change this either through a single file or a mod.
