What is probe size?

I've recently decided to delve into making part adons, and I was wondering what diameter are probe parts? Also, how many faces should a cylinder of that diameter have?

Probe parts ore 0.625m in diameter. I think the standard cylinder for that is 12? Don't quote me on that

The 'standard' number of faces per size are as follows:

0.625m = 20, 1.25m = 26, 2.5m = 32, 3.75m = 38, 5m = 44

That having been said no one uses the 'standard' because they are much higher than needed. Honestly for 0.625meter stuff you can probly get away with 8 faces and it will look fine in most cases. When I model I have been using 1/2 what it says above..as in 10 faces for 0.625, and so on.
