Unused resource!

Has anyone ever went through the KSP files? I did and I was looking at squad resources and found this.

RESOURCE_DEFINITION

name = Testium

density = 0.3

Does anyone know what it is? I have never heard of "Testium" before, let alone used it! So if a dev, or some itellegent person would please explain what in Kerbin it is that would be great!

Testium: A purple coloured resource of density 0.3, which seems to have been used for testing the resource system.
