Hi there, I've been playing KSP for about 2 months now, thought I'd get in on the forums. Here's a pic of my latest Mun landing attempt/failure...

Any tips on how I can get Jeb home?

Rescue mission, with an empty space. :)

You can weld a command seat on the outside, use a hitchhiker module, or just the 3-kerbal pod, and EVA someone before you launch (or use Crew Manifest). or even put 2 command pods on the craft. default should only be to fill one of them.

As far as how to land... Looks like you got close this time. the toughest part will be to land close enough to rendevous with jeb. Might want to include a rover on the rescue mission. Again, with a probe core to drive it to him, or a spare command seat.

Got him back. Just had to launch one of my other landers. Landed 4km away so I used Jeb's eva pack to get to the lander, then it was just a routine flight home. He was in that suit about 10 hours game-time. Can't have been pleasant.

Nice screenshot, bad landing! (I'm one to talk. My latest attempt to put a probe around Mun sent the probe -way- off course.) Well, any landing you can crawl away from is a good one. Glad to know you got Jeb back. Next time, less sideways... :)

Well, Kerbals are notorious for their patience. He probably just started playing some games with the rocks as his friends.
