Where do you make your flags?

I personally use Paint.NET, it is effective and doesn't takes time loads of time to learn how to use everything like in photoshop.

Plus it has loads of useful free plugins too.

I wish I knew how to use photoshop but still...

EDIT: I'd probably use MS paint, but my version is the Vista version (sadly, I have Windows Vista...) and the Vista version is horrible, it is like this:

GIMP forever. It's a pretty powerful bit of software, especially for something free. It has a pretty steep learning curve sometimes, but I took an entire class centered around photoshop etc. at my school one year and it turns out photoshop skills transfer pretty well to GIMP.

Not that that means I'm any good at flags, but I'm getting there.

MS Paint of course. What do you think sandbox gamers like me did back in the days of Windows 3.1?

Ok ok, there was Wolfenstein 3D too, but the real "sandboxy" features like the level editor didn't come out till a little later.
