Kerbal Polar Orbit - Need some help getting there!!

For a more imaginative approach, use the Mun!

This might just be more efficient than trying to change your inclination directly from an equatorial to polar orbit. You can come in on pretty much any side of the mun from kerbin- including it's north or south poles, with a little node fiddling, for relatively little delta v, and vice versa from mun to kerbin. Setting conics patch draw mode to 0 will help you see it more easily.
