Today i made a boat in KSP that actually looks like a boat. This is my new aquatic exploration vehicle "Mercury Trail":

17 tons, 135 parts. Safe top speed around 17m/s, with enough fuel to drive for about 4 hours (about 240km range). Yes, most boats are slow :)

Special Features: A monoprop tank that looks like a radar scanner, steering wheel made with a small decoupler, ladders to fetch up swimming Kerbals, and Torodial Tank life buoys.

I want to send this thing to Eve :)

Mods used:

- Boat Propeller Mod. (using a rescaled version of the part)

- Firespitter Pack for direct water launch

- Aviation lights for the positional lights

- Sea Sickness Cure
