R-36 ICBM/FOBS replica (now with Silo Launch System)

Recommended Posts

Lemon Space Inc. proudly presents:

The R-36Orb ICBM/FOBS

Download: Stock and Mod* version http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/r-36orb/

Our Engineers worked hard, to give the best, to the ones giving us their best, their money.

This baby cannot bring death over thousands, but millions.

It works after the FOBS (Fractional Orbital Bombardment System) principle. That means it can get stable orbit and can be released whenever, wherever you want.

It has a RTG added so it has enough energy in the undeployed state.

Let me present the R-36Orb:

Update:

The R-36Orb got a brand new Silo Launch System, as we at Lemon Space Inc. call it.

It can now do this (go to 0:45):

The "Silo Launch System"

In action.

Engines ignite at ~200m.

Additional Launch instructions for the SLS variant of R-36Orb:

-Throttle up.

-Activate SAS

=>Launch

For a more cinematic effect throttle up after dropping the SLS (if done wrong, the rocket might break).

This version doesn´t replace the previous version.
