XHF-20 Scuttlefish

While playing around with shuttle launch systems (and failing) I managed to make a nice orbiter.

The XHF-20 has around 2500m/s of dV to play around with and is perfectly balanced for atmospheric landing. Other than being a nice craft to play around in it doesn't have much practical use.

Its not a SSTO. I didn't include pictures of the launcher as mine isn't great and i'm sure people could build better ones.
