Stock Pathfinder recreation I made over the past day. The design if fairly rugged but you have to land quite slowly to prevent breaking the hinges for the side panels.

How exactly did you do the hinges? I dont want to download Damned Robotics for one part, but i could really use a freely turning connection for trailers and the likes.

he as noted it inside the images basically, the three doors are not hinged, just decoupled and fall around the lander.

This is 100% Stock. The hinges are made from octagonal struts hooked around the bottom M-beam. The side panels do disconnect from the main body and get pushed over (quite violently).
