Craft files universal for Mac and windows?

I make my ships at home on my Mac, but I want to download ksp on my windows computer at work. I use no mods. If I run my crafts save folder out of my Dropbox for both games on both computers, will this work correctly? Thanks!

I know firsthand that it works, i have shared craft files with someone who was using a mac.

Yep, the .craft file format is universal for Mac, PC, and Linux. Go crazy with transferring those files, and welcome to the forums!
