Solar Eclipse Experience

This happened by chance.. the easiest way to see this is to speed up time to the right moment but I tell ya I didn't do that! I was moving some kerbs around my space station when I noticed the peculiar astronomical occurrence.

This caused me to lose a probe one time... the damned Mun blocked Kerbol and I couldn't use my solar panels for ion engines.

I was in the process of docking two space station components around Kerbin and I suddenly lost all control for some reason. Checked my solar panels: "Blocked by Mun". The two components collided, critically damaging one and dealing slight damage to the other.

Wow, I don't know which is better the Solar panels or the picture. Anyway as it's Kerbol doesn't that mean they are Kerbolar panels

Solar eclipse are awesome mainly when in space as I get the feeling the suns getting put out with water.
