KSP System Requirements

Everyone's eyes seem to have a different tolerance for what constitutes an acceptable framerate, so in the end you might just have to tweak manually until you find the best balance between performance and framerate for you personally. Nobody can tell you exactly how well KSP will be running on your notebook without sitting in front of it and checking for themselves...

Ok. But i really dont know what Graphic Card is build in in an Fujitsu Lifebook A Series.

EDIT: rodion is right. I have to try a few setting with the Graphic. But a big Factor is the Summer heat by now. My Notebook really struggles with the extrem heat of errrmmm... 29° Celsius. Its Nighttime currently. But really hot anyway.

About the heat, not so much of a problem, just use it in a ventilated place (like, near a window) and try to keep the vents as open as possible.

Maybe your notebook might just do it without trouble.

It's my understanding that the Unity engine does not support multi-threading, so it probably cannot fully utilize a dual or quad core processor. Also, it can only use 2 GB or RAM - so the only benefit you'd get from having more, of course, is for all the other stuff your machine might be running at the same time (OS, services, other applications, etc.).

Sadly, this means that most typical gamers' computers, which should have more than enough power to run this or most other games smoothly, will still experience some slowness with KSP.

it actually depends on your CPU clockspeed more...(not the # of cores)

see... Unity engine is 32bit and not multithread enabled plus the PhysX it uses is not ultilizing your GPU to do physics calculations.

i think the minimum requirements is a bit higher than it really is, i have slightly under the graphics card requirements but i still get 40+ fps with ships under 300 parts.

also, due to its style, ksp is perfectly playable at framerates that other games arent. you can go to the mun and back with 5 fps

I currently Downloading KSP v21.1 :D And i saw the System Requirements below. It says 4GB RAM. My Notebook has 4GB but only 3,8GB are useable.

Generally when game requirements call for "4GB RAM" they mean how much the computer actually has installed, not how much is available. You should be just fine.
