Fix octagonal struts (missing attachment nodes on the octagon's sides)

Hello,

I noticed I can't attach an octagonal strut to cubic octagonal strut:

If I attach a cubic octagonal strut to an octagonal strut, then try to grab it from the latter and place it on another cubic one, it doesn't work either:

However a cubic octagonal strut can connect either of the eight sides of the octagonal strut without any problems:

Thus, I suggest that attachment nodes be added to the 8 sides of the octagonal strut.

Would anyone know a temporary hack around this that I can use for now?

Allow octagonal struts to be surface-mounted and define the attachment node so that it's attaching from the side rather than the center.

It's been a while since I modded KSP, so I've no idea what the proper syntax for that is nowadays.
