Problem with maneuver-points

Hello, iam pretty new to this game and its awesome.

Its reallymotivational to archive little things in the game etc.

But today i have some trouble with the maneuvers. Normally i add the maneuverpoint adjust the orbit as i want. Then i point my ship to that little blue target on the nav-ball and burn as much its supposed to be. But Today its always the exact oppsoite direction.

For example: I want to get my orbit bigger. Adjust the maneuver point to do so. THen when i aim for the blue marker on the navball and burn, my ship gets slower and i realize i retroburn. how can i fix that?

I just missed the mun due to this :-(

It sounds like your ship has more than 1 probe core or cockpit on it, and the one you're flying from is facing the wrong direction. So, right-click on the other one and select "Control from here".
